Public Employment Risk Reduction Program (PERRP) 300AP Injury & Illness Submission Data
The Ohio Public Employment Risk Reduction Program (PERRP) assures state and local government employees have safe and healthful working conditions. This dataset contains public employer self-reported injury and illness statistics. Public employers maintain a 300P Log of Work-Related Injuries and Illnesses and then create an annual 300AP Summary of Work-Related Injuries and Illnesses. The data does not include all injuries or illnesses, or workers’ compensation claims for public sector workplaces. Revised Code, Section 4167.11 requires PERRP to collect, compile, and analyze statistics to determine the causes and ultimately the prevention of public employee injuries and illnesses. It includes 300AP data submitted from 2010 to the present. Users can filter the dataset by the employer county, public employer type/sector, reporting year, or by the number of reported full-time employees. Please note: Most state agency information appears under Franklin County.
