Compared to the previous 2019 data, there are approximately 225 additional census tracks included in this data based on population growth, and the dashboard performance has been optimized to provide a more efficient reporting experience.

The Social Determinants of Health dashboard provides greater insight into the condition that impact Ohioans’ ability to live a healthy lifestyle. The dashboard can be filtered by five (5) domains and over 100 attributes/metrics that impact health, including Economic Vitality, Neighborhood and Physical Environment, Healthcare Access and Quality, Education Access and Quality, and Social and Community Environment.
